Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LiveGood.Coach website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

This is a plain-language template, not legal advice. It is intended to be reviewed and refined by qualified legal counsel before being relied upon.

1. Who We Are

LiveGood.Coach is an independent, third-party informational and software platform for LiveGood affiliates. It is not owned by, affiliated with, or endorsed by LiveGood. See our Disclosures for the full statement of independence, affiliate relationships, and the absence of any income or health claims.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • Make false, misleading, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims — including any income, earnings, or health claims — when using materials or links obtained through the Service.
  • Copy, scrape, harvest, resell, or redistribute content from the Service except as expressly permitted.
  • Upload or transmit malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems, or interfere with its normal operation.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, including LiveGood or LiveGood.Coach.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users, or post unlawful, infringing, or objectionable content.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.

4. Third-Party Links & Independence

The Service contains affiliate and other links to third-party websites, including LiveGood’s official sites. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, products, pricing, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Purchases, enrollments, and any resulting relationships are solely between you and that third party and are governed by their terms. Your independent business or affiliate relationship with LiveGood, if any, is separate from your use of this Service.

5. No Warranties

The Service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any information (including product details, pricing, or compensation-plan descriptions) is current, complete, or accurate. You use the Service at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveGood.Coach and its operators, owners, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in [venue], unless otherwise required by applicable law. (These placeholders should be set by counsel.)
